Man vs His Nature

Humans choose to wander because it is in their nature to move and think. When man explores the unknown, it often sparks something within that can not be shut off until the spark is satisfied. For example, people often travel to countries they know nothing about because they want to learn about the culture or history of the place. Perhaps they simply wanted to get away from home or have some time to think in unfamiliar territory. Likewise, that is another reason why mankind would rather wander than stay still.
Often people tend to run towards danger instead of turning back. Some are thrill seekers who want to test their ability to be alone for long periods of time or even a day. Even those who are not thrill seekers run off to their own forms of comfort which could include the home of a loved one or their favorite park. Sitting still goes against the body’s physical purpose and the mind’s constant thirst for “more”. For these reasons, man does not choose to sit on his couch when offered a free ticket to Japan or when change is needed at home. Instead, our beings get up and move somewhere, sometimes becoming someone new along the way, constantly changing and continuously wandering.
